The only way I am maintaining the tiniest amount of sanity during quarantine is by taking a little time each day to focus on myself. Most days this consists of me going on a 30-45 minute walk around my neighborhood. Today I took a much needed 45-minute nap. I also try to do one creative task a day before going to bed. I've either been painting with watercolors or working on my crochet blanket (because I'm practically an old lady).
