Well we are now over a week into the whole COVID-19 thing and I have realized one thing, MY FOOD IS EXPIRED. Going into the pandemic I thought I was set on food, I had a whole cabinet full of canned goods that I bought when I first moved into my current apartment, and some other things like hamburger help (Which I didn't know could go bad). WELL JOKES ON ME, because all my canned goods are expiring this week and next, or already did. For example I made a green bean casserole the other day with an ingredient that expired LAST MARCH... Good new everything tasted fine... and then last night I made hamburger helper cheesy enchilada (which is the best hamburger helper btw) and that expired in January of 2020. SO just to recap, if I don't made it through the pandemic it wasn't the COVID that got me, it was the expired food. Stay safe y'all and be smarter than me in your pandemic prep.
